​New Customer Program

Any new customer signing up for automatic delivery for the 2017 heating season will receive the following:
  • 5 cents discount on the first delivery.
  • Free lottery scratch ticket with each delivery.
  • Chance to win $100 Visa Gift Card. 

​Customer Referral Reward Program
An existing customer that refers a new automatic customer is entered into a quarterly drawing to win a $100 VISA card. Winner announced on our website.

Discounts Available
Premier Energy has several discounts available to customers.

The following is a list of those discounts:
  • 5 cents per gallon discount on first home heating oil delivery to new automatic delivery customers.
  • 2 cents per gallon discount to senior citizens (55 years and older).
  • 2 cents per gallon discount to Veterans, Policemen and Fire Fighters.
  • 1 cent per gallon cumulating discount up to 10 cents per gallon for customers renewing their automatic delivery plan each heating season.
  • Discount available for bulk deliveries of 1,000 or more gallons made at one delivery that are paid on a COD basis.

​Customer Loyalty Program
Premier Energy is proud to announce their new Customer Loyalty Program.

Any Premier Energy customer on the automatic delivery plan and in good standing is eligible for the Customer Loyalty Program.

Each year (after the first year as a customer on the automatic delivery plan) when a customer renews their automatic delivery plan they will receive a 1 cent discount on their home heating oil. For senior citizens and Service personnel, they will receive the 1 cent discount along with the 2 cent Senior Citizen and Service personnel discount.

Below is a chart outlining the discount schedule for customers and seniors on the Customer Loyalty Program: 

​Budget Plan
Any customer on automatic delivery for a heating season (July 1 - June 30) may opt for the Premier Energy Budget Plan.
  • The rate used for determining the budget is $4.00 per gallon. This rate is used due to the high volatility of the home heating oil price. The "Today's Price" of the home heating oil at the time of delivery is the prevailing, most competitive price in the area. Refer to the home page for the daily price.
  • The amount of gallons estimated to be used is multiplied by the price per gallon.
  • The total amount is divided into 12 monthly payments, due on the first of the month.
  • If there are less than 12 months in the heating season at the time of enrolling in the Budget Plan, the total will be divided into the remaining months.
  • At the end of the season, June 30, any amount of payment made over the actual amount billed for will either be refunded or rolled over to a new Budget Plan. The choice is at the customer’s request.
  • At the end of the season, if there is a balance due to Premier Energy, it is payable at that time.

*PAYMENT TERMS: C.O.D. rate applies to ALL C.O.D. deliveries. After 7 (seven) days of delivery the term rate increases to .30 cents more per gallon.* Customers may receive E-mail Billing per request. In the event of nonpayment, customers shall pay reasonable costs of collection, including but not limited to $30.00 collection fees, attorney fees, court costs and marshal costs. Customer shall incur a $30.00 charge for each returned check, and a $50.00 charge for each check returned because of a stop payment order. Postdated checks will not be accepted. Interest of 1.5% per month, 18% APR is due on all unpaid balances after 30 Days.

*TANKS/OIL LINES: Premier Energy Co. assumes NO responsibility or liability of any kind for the condition of the existing tank and oil lines. The customer is the owner of the tank/oil lines and shall retain all responsibility and liability for environmental damages caused by any leaks from the existing tank or oil line, and agrees to indemnify and hold Premier Energy Co. harmless from any and all damages and liability arising from or caused by such leak. Premier Energy Co. WILL NOT deliver heating oil to any property without a properly working vent whistle.
